But when we’ve done the inner work…we see right through it.
When we are grounded in our truth, we no longer absorb every opinion thrown our way.
We recognize when someone is speaking from their wounds instead of their wisdom—and from this place, we offer grace.
Know who you are. Sit with yourself. Let God refine you in silence—so when the noise comes, you remain unmoved.
