Every time we open our mouths, we show the world whats really happening inside.
Lets ask ourselves if our responses are shaped by unhealed trauma or by true healing?
In our latest Convo of Thee Ultimate Love Letter podcast, we dive deep into how our reactions—whether in relationships, conflict, or everyday life—expose our internal state.
Are we hearing through the filter of past wounds? Or are we grounded in healing, clarity and truth?
Learn how to recognize the difference and why healing is essential if we want to see life, others and ourselves as they truly are.
In this Convo we’ll discover:
- Signs we’re responding from a wounded place.
- What healing sounds and feels like.

I’ve done a new thing…
One of my favorite things about world travel is venturing through boutiques, artisan shops and flea markets, in search of that one unique piece that embodies the culture I’m visiting.
I absolutely love sharing my travel and so I’ve begun thinking, I’d love to share more.
I’ve been secretly collecting one or two pieces of the treasure I find around the world, and have added them to an online shop…for you!
Welcome:https://worldtreasure.shop/
I personally own one of every item in the shop, making this a shared experience. This is an intentional curated collection; It’s also very limited. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Enjoy!

This episode really made me think about the power of words and how they shape our reality. I found the discussion on healing particularly intriguing—shifting perspectives seems like a great start, but I wonder if it’s enough to fully heal deep emotional wounds. What’s your take on balancing mindset shifts with the emotional work that might be necessary? I also loved the idea that we’re constantly creating with our words—it’s such a powerful reminder to be mindful of what we speak into existence. Do you think healing is a linear process, or does it ebb and flow? I’d love to hear more about how others have experienced this in their own lives. What’s one moment where you felt a shift in perspective truly changed something for you? Let’s dive deeper into this—what’s been your biggest “a-ha” moment when it comes to healing?
Thank you for you comment and questions.
Shifting our perspective is a beginning to healing—but certainly not the only thing required. As we shift our mindset, to gratitude—to the goodness all around us, what we begin to do is train our mind to see all that’s already working well in life. As we remain consistent there, then what you’ll find is life will gently begin to bring you further inward to whats calling for healing. It can happen when adversities come for example—as you’ve been training your mind to see greatness, we may begin to be “shook up” or “triggered” when uncomfortable situations arise, which will then organically lead us to ask the question: Why am I triggered? This is where we dive deeper into emotional healing, or at least where we should.
For me personally, I’m currently living my biggest “aha” moment. I’m heavily and whole heartily dependent on God…for everything at this very moment in time. And what I am finding is that, as I relax in deep dependence on Him, all that I require comes to me effortless. I no longer have sleepless nights about anything…the rent, the bills, the travel expenses, health, family, business, friends…nothing at all worries me. I know that God wants me to simply relax and enjoy this moment doing what I love and the work He has called for me to do—which is this work, and as I do, He and only He takes care of the rest as I simply relax in playfulness.
It’s a pretty extreme yet profoundly carefree way to live. I’m living like a bird in the sky. Totally unbothered, soaring as high I dare to while God cares perfectly for me. This is what emotional healing can accomplish.
