In this moment, we are being faced with a deeper truth—one where we can begin to recognize the type of mindset that created the devastation and the divide we see today, and what type of mindset we must step into—now, to ensure something different is created tomorrow.
An elevated mindset is one that stands firmly in their authentic truth, while allowing others the space to stand in theirs.
Authentic power doesn’t come from silencing, shaming, or celebrating someone else’s pain; it comes from expressing our truth while honoring the humanity of those who see differently.
Violence only breeds more violence. We change the world, by changing ourselves.
