What’s meant for you, is seeking you, but it’s up to you to select only the things you truly want.
In our latest Convo of Thee Ultimate Love Letter Podcast, we explore the truth of what’s meant for us is already seeking us, but it can only arrive when we no longer accept whats not meant for us.
This requires discernment, worthiness and intentional choice.
We don’t have to chase. We don’t have to settle. Our only responsibility is to recognize what aligns with our soul—and to have the courage to let go of anything that doesn’t.
This message is a reminder that waiting with purpose, is not really “waiting” at all—it’s being selective.
God, the universe, and our highest selves already know what belongs to us. The question is: do we know our worth enough to choose only whats truly for us?
In this Convo
- Why what’s for us will never miss us
- Choosing alignment over attachment
- How settling reflects what we believe we deserve
- Becoming more selective as we grow

Here are other recent Convos intended to inspire you as you journey towards greatness.

I’ve done a new thing…
One of my favorite things about world travel is venturing through boutiques, artisan shops and flea markets, in search of that one unique piece that embodies the culture I’m visiting.
I absolutely love sharing my travel and so I’ve begun thinking, I’d love to share more.
I’ve been secretly collecting one or two pieces of the treasure I find around the world, and have added them to an online shop…for you!
Welcome:https://worldtreasure.shop/
I personally own one of every item in the shop, making this a shared experience. This is an intentional curated collection; It’s also very limited. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Enjoy!

This podcast really made me think about how often I wait for the “perfect” moment instead of just taking action. The idea of a scarcity mindset versus abundance is so relatable—it’s easy to get stuck in negativity. I’ve noticed how pessimism can feel comforting, but it’s such a trap. The part about shining light on darkness but it not being enough hit hard—what’s the solution then? I’d love to hear more about how to shift from scarcity to abundance in daily life. Do you think it’s possible to completely break free from overthinking, or is it just about managing it better?
Thank you so much for listening to this Convo and excellent question.
I believe it’s definitely possible to live a life where we learn to relax rather than overthink…I’m living proof of this, but it’s certainly a process. There may always be moments were overthinking creeps in but, we have to remind ourselves in those moments that trusting that everything will work out, is what actually causes the very situation to work out. I continue to shift my mind from scarcity to abundance daily by reminding myself of the same “it always works out” and that there is always more than enough resources available for all that I need. As I train my mind to stay in that way of thinking, then so it becomes my reality…and there is always enough. It’s the power of our thoughts. The magic of what we expect to happen that shapes what actually happens. Either way we think…scarcity or abundance—or relaxation or overthinking either way, we’ll create what we believe, so why not believe only the best? Like Henry Ford once said “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, either way you’re right.”
Thank you again for listening and your well thought out question.
I found this podcast really thought-provoking, especially the idea of choosing a word to guide your year. It’s fascinating how something so simple can have such a profound impact on our mindset. The discussion on scarcity versus abundance really resonated with me—it’s so easy to fall into the trap of negativity, but shifting that perspective feels empowering. I’m curious, though, how do you consistently remind yourself to trust that everything will work out? It’s one thing to say it, but another to truly believe it in moments of doubt. Do you think this mindset shift is something that can be taught, or does it come more from personal experience? I’d love to hear more about your journey and any specific practices that helped you along the way. What’s your word for the year, and how has it influenced your actions so far?
A mindset shift is both something we are taught and something that comes from personal experience.
We’ve already been taught everything we currently hold in our mind, whether that’s abundance or prosperity—we were taught it. If we want to change what we believe, we have to train our mind to begin believing something else. It’s also a personal experience because our mindset is creating our reality, so when we feel that we are scarce, that will be our personal experience in life. At the same time, when we hold abundance in our mind and actually feel that everything we need comes to us when we need it, that will begin to be our experience as well. But we must be consistent with training our mind…consistency is key here. it won’t be effective if we go back and forth between our beliefs. We must make a decision what we will believe and stand firm, everyday.
I personally remind myself that it all works out by remembering from my past situations how it always HAS worked out. And as I continually stay in the energy of that optimism, life responds by reflecting back to me what I expect to see. And the more I see that truth coming back to me, the more I trust—it’s a never ending cycle of goodness and upward ascension, but you have got to do the work to train your mind to stay there and if you do, you’re guaranteed to see the precision of your efforts.
My word for the year is: Shed. It was given to me organically. We are in a Snake year and I’m a Snake. I started this year having to shed out-dated beliefs and people that no longer served my highest self, and as I let go of both, I’ve ascended. I have never felt better, looked better nor attracted more elevated experiences and people to me naturally. Never be afraid to let go—it’s the only way to ascend.
Thank you so much for you comment and for listening to Thee Ultimate Love Letter, podcast. 🙂
