Choosing a word for the year is such a powerful way to focus your energy and intentions. Consistency truly is the bridge between dreams and reality, and it’s inspiring to remember that. Celebrating the present moment is a reminder that magic exists here and now, not just in the future. How can we cultivate more consistency in our daily lives to make those dreams a reality?
Absolutely true! The present is where magic happens—such a beautiful reminder. We can cultivate more consistency in our lives by understanding anything we want to become in the future, we must embody now. We must feel, speak, walk, as that person we want to be tomorrow, today. Develop the grace and discipline of who we intend to become—now. Life will then catch up with our efforts, and by law, it must be created in reality. Thank you so much for your comment. To answer your great question—for me, when I’ve found it hard to embody the person I want to become in the future, I remember how bad I want it, then that’s where discipline kicks in. Honestly, I cant recall any recent moments that it wasn’t easy for me to embody that future self, because what I’m doing every time I show up as who I want to be in the future, I’m quite literally living my dream and the dream feels incredible! And the more I live in the dream, now, the more my mind accepts it as reality, and the more my mind accepts it as reality, the more I become that person, and the more I’m living as that person, the easier and more natural it feels—this is quite literally how dreams are made. I have fallen so deeply, so madly in love with the process of “becoming” that I force life to create it in reality. And before I know it, I’m already that person.
I hope this makes sense. Our imagination and intention are key. When we take even the smallest steps consistently to be the person we dream of, don’t worry—life will take over from there and help you become it, and the process will be the best part.

Going with the flow doesn’t mean giving up power; it’s about harnessing the energy already within you. This season finale of T.UL.L. was such a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come this year. I’ve had moments where waiting on God felt frustrating—does that make me lose faith, or is it just part of the journey? Choosing a word for the year is such a grounding practice, but how do you stay consistent when life gets overwhelming? The idea of embodying who we want to become today is both challenging and inspiring—do you think small daily actions can really shape our future? I’m curious, what’s your word for the year, and how do you plan to live it out every day?

Waiting on God can certainly become frustrating, but that’s when we have to decide, will we continue in faith or give it all up in doubt. Every breakthrough I’ve ever had came after a season of waiting on God—so now I simply keep reminding myself that Gods greatness comes when I allow Him to do what He needs to do on His time, and not mine. I remain consistent by keeping focused on Him. When life gets hard, I literally converse with God about it daily. I ask Him to show me if there is anything I need to do or if I need to change course etc, He always communicates- mostly encouraging me that I am safe—when I need to take action, He gently guides me to do so, either way I’m kept in perfect peace. I’ve seen how living close to God and believing what He says has created ease, peace, joy and abundance of all good things in my life. And I’ve also seen how my life looked when I’ve doubted Him and lived in fear—there’s no comparison. So the more I test Gods word, the more I believe, because it’s always true. And the more I believe, the more I can relax, and the more I relax, the more God rewards me for doing so. It’s become an easy and deeply fulfilled life with meaning and purpose. It’s a glorious cycle once you’re tapped in to it. My word for the year is “shed”. Every time, I may rethink things I need to let go of, I remember, just like a snake sheds to become new, so do I.
